5. Family Tree Notarized by the Tehsildar

6. Bank Statement of Sponsor (Last 6 Months)
   • The bank statement of the sponsor for the last six months is required to show financial capacity.
7. Annexure – I (MCC Format)

• If the sponsor resides in India, the Sponsorship and Relationship Affidavit must be notarized on ₹100 e-stamp paper.
