The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG 2024 results city and center-wise on its official website. Candidates can check their results at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET

Supreme Court Orders NTA to Release NEET UG 2024 Results:

The NTA was ordered by the Supreme Court to release the NEET UG results by July 20 at noon on Thursday, July 18. The bench, which consisted of Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra along with Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, ordered the agency to release the students’ grades without revealing their identities. The results for each city and center must be released separately.

NEET UG Examination and Re-Examination Details:

This year, the NTA conducted the NEET UG exam in 4750 locations on May 5. On June 4, 2024, the initial results were released. Due to several issues, the impacted candidates had the NEET UG re-exam on June 23. The results of the NEET UG re-exam were released on June 30, 2024. Around 24 lakh candidates appeared for the main examination, while 1563 candidates took the NEET UG re-exam.

Ongoing Supreme Court NEET UG Case:

The Supreme Court is still considering the NEET UG 2024 case. During the last hearing on July 18, the court postponed the next hearing to July 22. Whether this will be the final verdict and if all allegations and controversies surrounding NEET UG 2024 will be resolved remains to be seen.
